Child Care Fee: During School Year: $100.00
During Summer, holiday, etc: $130.00
The charge for a school age child is $100.00 per week, which includes transportation to and from school. We do not accept part time or hourly children. All children must be enrolled as full time. Each child will receive TWO FREE VACATION WEEKS PER YEAR (or sick weeks and must be absent from the center for the full week), and afterwards the regular weekly fee of $100.00 will be charged no matter how many days the child is present in a week.
IF the child is absent the entire week, the charge still remains the same after the free weeks have been used. This policy guarantees your child’s space. The FREE VACATION WEEK policy applies to children after they have been enrolled at A PLACE TO GROW for 3 months. The daycare will provide afternoon snacks, drinks, and a wide selection of after school activities.
NOTICE: For parents of SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN that DO NOT CALL to notify the daycare that their child is NOT at the school that day to be picked up, or has LEFT EARLY and is NOT to be picked up by the daycare, there will be a $5.00 extra charge added to your daycare fee!
Failure to call costs the daycare money:
- Each van has a phone. When a child is missing, the van driver first calls the daycare to inform them. The van driver cannot get off the van and go into the school office. This would leave the other 15 or so children unattended. The daycare researches the problem.
- Most vans pick up at more than 1 school. If the driver has to wait on a child that is not even at school, that makes the van late to the next school.
NOTE: There will be a slight increase in the child care fees for the school age children the Holiday’s, Spring Break and the Summer. This is when the children are in our care all day. This fee will be $130.00 per week. Vacation policy will still apply, two free weeks, then the full amount is charged.
Parents are responsible for paying their child’s field trips if their child attends the outing. Field trips are always planned during the summer months, Christmas Holiday’s, and Spring Break.
